About NeuroClnx

Over 25 years of clinical research experience, now bringing private brain health assessment and care to Glasgow and Warrington.

Our story

NeuroClnx brings over 25 years of experience in memory impairment, mild cognitive impairment (MCI), and dementia clinical research. We work alongside sponsors, volunteers, and their families, helping them access research opportunities that contribute to a better understanding of brain health, potential treatments, and care for future generations.

That research experience is now the foundation for our private brain health services, starting with early detection and treatment for Alzheimer’s and dementia. We bring the same clinical rigour, delivered by the same experienced team, for people who want answers about their own brain health, sooner.

Everything we do supports our vision: Proactive brain health for all.

NeuroClnx conducts clinical trials in a range of areas including:

Memory disorders

Conditions that affect memory, thinking and everyday tasks, including Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Our trials explore new ways to detect changes early and slow their progress.

Mood disorders

Common mental health conditions, including anxiety and depression, that can affect how you think, feel and go about daily life. Our trials look at better ways to understand and treat them.

Movement disorders

Conditions that affect how the body moves and responds, including Parkinson’s and Huntington’s disease. Our trials investigate new approaches to manage symptoms and function over time.

Clinical team

Our clinical team brings together well over a century of combined experience in the NHS and in clinical research, spanning neurology, psychiatry and trial delivery. Several of our consultants hold NHS Consultant posts alongside their role as Principal Investigator (PI) on our studies, so the same specialist expertise leading national health services is leading the research and private care received at NeuroClnx.
